Why is Shifty Schiff Still in Power in the House?

It’s remarkable that Shifty Adam Schiff is still in control of the House Intelligence Committee at this point — or that voters in his district haven’t made him the subject of a recall vote.

Rep. Adam Schiff lied to the American people for more than three years about the Russian collusion tinfoil hat conspiracy theory. He said he had evidence of President Trump’s collusion with the Russians that was “more than circumstantial.”

Schiff led Americans to believe that he had seen real, actual evidence of Russian collusion that was just too secret for the rest of us to look at because we didn’t have his big Intelligence Committee security clearance. We were just supposed to trust him.

And as Schiff failed to produce that evidence year after year, it became increasingly obvious that he was lying to us. When the Mueller report was finally released, we then knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that Schiff was lying the whole time.

Did he get fired or demoted or kicked off the Intel Committee? No, now he runs the committee. And he’s still promising us, as this meme notes, that the evidence is out there somewhere. Uh huh…
