Which Political Party Truly Represents Minorities?

In this image, we see two high-profile Americans of minority heritage that would likely never be caught in the same room in person.

On the top, we have conservative Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas — a man who was ridiculed by the political left for allegedly betraying his race by upholding a constitutionalist worldview. During his initial hearings, Thomas went so far as to refer to the absurd line of questioning used against him as a “high-profile lynching.”

On the bottom, we have former Star Trek star and self-appointed liberal icon George Takei, who currently spends most of his time virtue signaling on social media. He has used his status as both a racial minority and a homosexual to claim victimhood and promote explicitly leftist causes. His posts are regularly shared on popular progressive pages on all social media platforms.

The captions included in this meme should really call for a moment of self reflection. The Republican Party began as a single-issue abolitionist movement, while the Democrats have simply moved from a racist nativism bloc into a party that suggests that racial minorities cannot care for themselves without the helping hand of government.

Seriously ask yourself: which one of those sounds racist?
