What Facebook REALLY Means When You Get This Message

If you’ve been sharing some of the content we find on your own Facebook page, we’re willing to bet that you might have seen this message pop up once or twice — or maybe even more than that.

Facebook, like other Big Tech entities, has a blatant political bias that it simply sucks at hiding. Mark Zuckerberg is an admitted liberal, and even admitted that there is probably a bias in how he and other Big Tech personalities run their businesses. So, don’t take this the wrong way — Zuckerberg isn’t the problem. Rather, he’s a symptom of a culture that was allowed to become way too powerful and influential. Now, we see messages like this when we share something that’s a little too spicy.

But really — how many people do you think were actually offended by the things you posted? How were the lives irrevocably ruined? Well, they weren’t, and that doesn’t matter, because that’s not what this game is about. This is about regulating what kind of content users are allowed to see, and reshape their worldview in the process. At least, that’s the plan — it hasn’t been working too well.

We think this re-writing of infamous Facebook Notice is a lot more honest than the original.
