The Real Inequalities Americans Face in 2018

Liberals probably thought they were getting their usual daily dose of confirmation bias they they started reading this tweet — but that quickly spun around once they made it past the first sentence.

This tweet, posted by libertarian writer and YouTube personality Julie Borowski, highlights real inequalities that persist to this year that negatively affect men in the United States and the West at large. Unlike the infamous “wage gap”, these stats are very real and underscore dire problems in our society.

While early feminists were correct to point out that men were historically favored in dated socio-political environments, modern adherents to the ideology seem perfectly happy to ignore the fact that men face disproportionate challenges as well.

Of course, this tweet doesn’t offer any specific policy remedies for the problems listed, but it does point out the fact that intersectionality goes both ways. How do feminists propose bringing down male suicide rates or workplace deaths?

Don’t expect an answer from Linda Sarsour any time soon…
