The Media Didn’t Think Americans Would Identify With This…

The patriotic lawyer who defended his home from a murderous Black Lives Matter mob is not going away anytime soon in the land of memes.

Since he was wearing a neon pink shirt at the time of the incident, of course there had to be a “Miami Vice” style meme created in his honor!

Who could forget the neon pinks and pastels of Crockett and Tubbs’ wardrobes in the iconic ‘80s cop soap opera? Sure, the Miami Vice squad was always battling drug traffickers and rarely bothered with “vice” crimes. But it was still the most awesome show ever (except for the “Dukes of Hazzard”) for ten-year-old boys who wanted to grow up and drive a Lamborghini just like the real cops!

The sight of the liberal civil rights attorney fending off a mob with his lawful, God-given AR-15 and pronouncing, “I just wanted to grill!” is the perfect Americana meme for the Fourth of July in our opinion. (And of course, we’ve already forgotten that terrible “Miami Vice” movie remake with Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx.)

Miami Vice meets patriotic American griller. Glorious!
