We have some bad news for all our readers — we have to hang it all up. Everything we’ve written here, and all of the arguments we’ve constructed, have been completely invalidated. We have lost.
This has nothing to do with the arguments themselves. That isn’t important. You see, the Democrats have played the race card, so all facts and logical reasoning that may contradict their political positions have been erased from existence. Failure to comply would be bigoted and racist.
In all seriousness, this is always seems to be the ace in the hole for any Democrat. And you don’t have to work too hard to find some examples. During the last round of primary debates, Senator Kamala Harris rendered former Vice President Joe Biden speechless by bringing up the fact that he wasn’t too supportive of busing. Biden correctly opposed the practice at the time, noting that it was having adverse effects on local economies. Apparently, opposing anything a black Democrat does is racist, so Harris was universally declared the winner of that exchange.
Even more recently, the mainstream media blasted President Donald Trump for — again, correctly — pointing out that Baltimore is a terribly-run city. But, the city is represented by a black man in Congress, and has been run by black Democrats for generations. So now, we’ve all had to pretend that the crime-ridden city is perfect.
This really is a “get out of jail free card,” and it’s getting really annoying.
