Reality Check: Democrats Are Far Easier to Offend Than Republicans

In a classic case of ‘whataboutism’, progressive meme factory The Other 98% shared this image in an attempt to discredit the “snowflake” moniker typically levied toward young liberals.

First, let’s talk about the second section of the meme, which suggests conservatives see nothing wrong with Nazis, Klansmen, or other morally-devoid individuals.

Once again, we have an example of a leftist content creator lumping in all Republicans under the Nazi/Klansmen umbrella by saying “tiki torches” and “white hoods” don’t offend Republicans. Considering the last Senator with a provable connection to the KKK was a Democrat, it’s hard to see where they’re getting this information from.

As for “pedophiles” (a reference to Roy Moore’s candidacy), conservatives are obviously pretty disturbed by the credible allegations that Moore sexually molested minors during his days as an attorney in Alabama. Public outcries for a write-in campaign for Luther Strange or some other Republican alternative didn’t happen by accident.

Now, let’s talk about the top column — two can play this game. Here are some things that apparently offend the Democratic Party:

– MAGA Hats
– Freedom to choose one’s own healthcare plan
– “Merry Christmas”
– The American Flag
– The National Anthem

See how empty and pointless this argument is?
