Press Secretary Kaleigh McEnany Finds a Glitch in the Matrix

The Kayleigh Potatey McEnany memes just keep coming – and we love them!

The screen grab in this meme is, of course, from the movie “The Matrix Reloaded.” It’s from the scene when the orcs fire a million bullets at Keanu Reeves – sorry, at “Harry Potter.” And then Harry Potter holds up his hand to stop the bullets in midair, because he is in control of the mainstream media narrative in this alternate universe.

Full confession: We haven’t read any of those Lord of the Rings books, so we might be getting our Star Trek metaphors mixed up in this meme description. Or… maybe we just like to trigger nerds.

Either way, we can’t compare to the way the lovely press secretary deflects lies on a routine basis. So, we have to resort to cheap jokes like this.

No matter how many slings and arrows and lies the media throws at the new White House Press Secretary, Kayleigh just holds up her hand, makes them pause and then proceeds to destroy them. It’s a beautiful thing to watch! She the first press secretary Trump has had who is able to wreck the media wimps every bit as effectively as Trump does himself. She is… “the one.”
