President Trump Kicks Off Re-Election Campaign in Orlando

President Donald Trump’s official re-election campaign is underway, and the media got a taste of what the next year and change is going to look like during his kick-off event in Orlando.

The President’s audience was huge, with the venue holding an estimated 100,000 people. The sheer site of the event led even CNN’s Chris Cuomo to conclude that, while Democrats are playing clubs in Iowa, Trump is playing arenas. To add some icing on the cake, CNN decided to cut their live feed when supporters began chanting “CNN sucks!” in unison.

Based on what we all just saw, it doesn’t look like Trump has too much to worry about. While the Democrats are busy eating their own, Trump is enjoying near-universal support from his own party. His economic progress over the past few years is sure to bring in independent voters as well. If Democrats seem nervous right now, it’s because they should be.

The polls being floated by the mainstream media, however, tell a different story. Joe Biden was reported to be leading Trump by as much as 9 points. Then again, 2016 should have told us everything we need to know about these polls.
