Wow, this sure is a lot of newspaper front pages blasting the exact same message with the exact same wording: “Time for Healing.” These were all the Sunday papers the day after the media unanimously declared our clean-as-a-whistle 2020 election to be over and that Joe Biden was the “President-Elect.”
Time for healing and unity and stuff! At least, that’s according to the side that has called us Nazis and bullies and racists and Islamophobes and homophobes and Christian jihadis longing for a real-life Handmaid’s Tale theocracy in America for the past four years. Yeah… time for healing.
You kind of have to wonder what it is that we’re going to be healing from. It’s not from the Democrats calling us names and lying about us. They’re not the least bit repentant about that.
Do we need to heal from having the hottest economy in American history? How about healing from four years of wars that never started? Or healing from a tightened labor market that increased median household incomes by an average of $6,200 per year?
Let the healing from all this peace and prosperity begin!
