Take two steps back for just a second and ask yourself this question: Which side is actually having fun in the 2020 presidential race? The answer is pretty obvious.
One side has massive boat parades taking place on both coasts of the nation, with huge amounts of flags supporting their candidate. That side has supporters flying in the air with water jets and more flags at Lake of the Ozarks. That side even has YMCA MAGA dance parties in the streets of Los Angeles.
The other side has both of its candidates hiding from the public. One is in the basement and the other is… um… sleepy? We’re not even sure why they’re hiding their VP candidate.
Meanwhile, the side that’s not having any fun is burning things down and throwing rocks at the police. The enthusiasm gap is pretty clear.
