Millennials Accidentally Endorse Free Market Capitalism

Millennials are perhaps the most politically ambiguous generation in America’s history. While many are certainly goal-oriented in their careers, they’ve been found to have far more positive opinions about alternative economic systems like socialism.

This generation gets even more confusing when they blast images like this all over Facebook. The image to the left has been spread by a number of progressive pages, typically coupled with captions condemning massive corporations.

This hilarious part is that by doing so, they’ve effectively endorsed free market capitalism in the highest order.

The names highlighted in red are just as corporate as any other entity listed, but they’re names millennials feel a much stronger connection to.

As a conservative reading through this image, it’s actually hard to find anything to disagree with when you break it down honestly. All in all, the theme here is that businesses with dated methods for pushing products were replaced by more competent competitors — essentially the entire point of a free market system.

Perhaps there’s hope for this confused generation after all?
