Michael Moore Suddenly Doesn’t ‘#BelieveWomen’ Anymore

Ever since the #MeToo movement gained traction, we’ve all been told that we must believe everything women say about absolutely everything.

The irony here, of course, is that suggesting that women are incapable of the same deceitful behavior exhibited by men is actually denying women agency — not very feminist, the last time we checked. That doesn’t matter, however, because #MeToo is no longer about exposing powerful men who are able to get away with serious sex-related crimes because of their prominence. It’s about promoting a political agenda.

Now, one of the world’s most passionate leftists who are typically known to support such nonsense is finding himself on the other end of the movement. Filmmaker Michael Moore is being sued by his ex-wife for allegedly withholding profits from his movies she says belong to her. Moore’s response? This is nothing more than an attempt to smear him.

Boy…would you look at that? A rich white man says that a woman is smearing him for financial gain. Wasn’t that supposed to be impossible?
