If We’re Going to Apply the Law Equally to All…

The logic of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) will go down in history for its epic cluelessness. Everyone remembers Pelosi’s big moment during the rush to ram Obamacare down America’s collective throat:

“We have to pass the bill so we can see what’s in it!”

This meme takes that exercise in logical fidelity to its natural conclusion: Let’s go ahead and lock Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama up now, so we can figure out what crimes they committed!

That’s the same standard that President Trump has been subjected to for the past three years, after all. Trump was not accused of a crime before the Department of Justice appointed Special Counsel Robert Mueller to investigate the Russian collusion hoax. The left simply investigated in search of a crime.

The Russiagate 2.0 inquiry, Ukrainian Boogaloo, is more of the same. After weeks of secret basement impeachment hearings, Democrats still haven’t been able to identify a single crime that President Trump has committed. But they’re still chuggin’ along! We have to impeach him to figure out what he did wrong!

Fair is fair. If we’re going to apply the law equally to everyone, let’s apply Pelosi’s logic to Barack and Hillary. Lock ‘em up first, then figure out their crimes.
