If Feminists Were Honest About What they Mean by “Pro-Choice”

With pro-life legislation sweeping the country in states like Georgia and Alabama, feminists who support the “women’s right to choose” are in full war mode.

Well, not really. The best we’ve got from them lately has been Alyssa Milano’s so-called sex strike, which doesn’t really affect anyone aside from the men dumb enough to date women like this. But this has us thinking — is this really about a woman’s right to do what she wants with her own body, or is this about removing consequences from sex?

Abortion, by its very definition, is the termination of a pregnancy. Now, this might come as a shock for many people, but when you have sex with someone — it could result in a pregnancy. Yes, it’s unfair — well, at least to some of you — but apparently this is how the human population has been growing for approximately forever.

Take away the whole “rape and incest” argument for a minute — because we hear about that enough, and such cases make up a fraction of a fraction of all abortions. This isn’t a common occurrence, as evil as it may be. This is about feminists being angry that they can’t live out their sexual revolution in Alabama anymore.
