Identity Politics Has Officially Come Full Circle

Remember when left-wing identitarians only directed their irrational ire at white people? Those were the good ole days, weren’t they?

In 2020, we’re seeing something very interesting play out with the intersectional left. Apparently, evil white men aren’t the only members of our society that must pay for the sin of being privileged: black men are on the chopping block as well.

This woke headline gives us a revealing glimpse into where things are going with people who read Vice, HuffPost, and Buzzfeed on purpose. You see, it isn’t enough for white men to bend the knee and apologize for their biology or ancestors they may not even know about. Black men, many of whom have living relatives that lived through Jim Crow and the Civil Rights era, have to get in line because it’s really the black women that are oppressed and no one else.

We used to think it was easy being a leftist. And how could you not? If you’re on the left, every political priority you hold is shared by the mainstream media, and your delusions are supported by almost every level of academia. But, we stand corrected: it’s only easy being a leftist until the rest of the pack decides to throw you into the wood chipper as well.

It’s real cult-ish behavior, and we’re happy to have no part in it.
