This meme is hilarious: NPCs declaring that they defeated fascism, so it’s time to start the forced lockdowns. Leftists on Twitter were infuriated by this one, because it’s very true.
There were really two strains of thinking when it came to how coronavirus would be dealt with after the election. Some people thought we’d be headed into another round of pointless lockdowns that kill more people than the virus itself. Others thought coronavirus would miraculously vanish from the headlines.
It turns out the former category was correct. California is now under some of the strictest lockdowns in the country. No Thanksgiving allowed, businesses are shut down again and church is banned. In Philadelphia, you’re supposed to wear a mask inside your own home.
New York, Maryland, Michigan and other states are following suit as well. And all of this is after every single bit of scientific data shows that lockdowns are the worst way to deal with the virus.
More people are dying from missed cancer treatments, missed kidney dialysis, heart attacks and suicide-by-loneliness than there are from the virus, since we know how to treat it effectively now.
These lockdown leaders are fascists.
