Democrats: Walls Are Immoral, Gang Violence is Fine

Earlier this week, President Donald Trump spoke directly to the American people to make his case for why constructing a border wall is so important.

The speech, which lasted only about 8 minutes, touched on all the consequences of our lax border policies. Because of the loopholes and actual holes in our immigration system, criminal gangs have been allowed to bring drugs and human slaves across our border. American citizens and border patrol agents have fallen victim to this violence as a result.

Apparently, the Democratic response to this is that there is no crisis on the border, and that wall are in of themselves immoral. They say all this as Americans continue to die from overdoses as a direct result of the open border, and other Americans are killed directly by criminal illegal immigrant gangs.

The response given by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is truly a head scratcher. According to these Democratic leaders, the very concept of wanting to shield our own citizens from these dangers is immoral, because a wall might hurt people’s feelings or something.
