We’ve routinely reported on the stark differences between the Democratic Party of the post-war era and the progressive crap show that occupies less than half of the national legislature today, and we stand by those statements.
After all, it was the slain John F. Kennedy who cut taxes and killed communists. His ideological descendants would scorn both of those things.
However, images like this almost make us want to walk a few of these back. Apparently, the idea of Democrats having a huge problem with independent thinkers goes way back — particularly prominent black women who refuse to abide by their rules.
Candace Owens, a conservative commentator with Turning Point USA, was mobbed alongside co-worker Charlie Kirk when the two stopped at a cafe for breakfast. The pure irony of the footage is that the harassers were all young white people — who likely claim to be on the opposing side of white supremacy and racism as a whole. As it turns out, their acting exactly like their Democratic counterparts from decades ago.
Owens and other black conservatives are the most hated members of the right, and it’s not by accident.
