Democrats HATE Seeing This in the News All the Time

Since President Donald Trump took office, Democrats in Congress and the media have been happy to lie about just about anything to undermine the administration.

With absolutely no evidence to speak of, they suggested that Trump only won his election because he treasonously colluded with the Russian government to steal it away from Hillary Clinton. They also suggested that Americans would literally die if we cut taxes, ditched net neutrality, and repealed Obamacare. It’s been years since all of those things have happened — no dead people.

Believe it or not, there’s one thing they haven’t been able to lie about — the booming economy.

Just occassionally, progressives have bursts of honesty. When liberal HBO host Bill Maher said “bring on the recession” as a way to get Trump, he meant it. Perhaps he understand just how impossible it is going to be for Democrats to run against a good economy in 2020. And it’s true — when the economy is doing well, whoever is presiding over it tends to get re-elected fairly easily.

So, when Democrats seem disappointed with record low unemployment numbers — including record lows for black and hispanic Americans — you understand why.
