Dear California: Red States Are Full, So Please Stop Sending People There

The Distracted Boyfriend meme makes another glorious appearance here, as Californians realize that Texas is looking a lot more attractive than their current girlfriend, California. Hilarious! Scary for Texans, though!

One of the things that many people have realized during the coronavirus lockdowns is that the people who you put in charge of your state actually make a really big difference in how your state is run. Nine states never even locked down at all. They kept their economies open and chose to focus mainly on protecting vulnerable populations from the virus, instead of wrecking everyone’s lives with repressive lockdowns. Those states, of course, have Republican governors.

In California, they have Nancy Pelosi’s nephew serving as governor right now. He has fabulous hair. Plus, he is an idiot.

Which is why millions of Californians are now looking at Texas, Idaho and other red states and thinking that those places look a lot more attractive right now. California just can’t seem to figure out why Californians want to keep leaving for greener pastures, even as the government just approved $500 checks to illegal aliens to help them through the pandemic. Good times!
