Cory “Spartacus” Booker May Want to Rethink Saying This…

New Jersey’s Senator Cory Booker, who is one of the few hundred Democrats running for president in 2020, was once regarded as one of the more moderate members of his party. In the age of constant virtue signaling, however, that has gone completely out the window. Now, the senator likes to compare himself to Roman folk heroes and talk about how much he cries about stuff.

Booker’s signature campaign issue, if there is any, seems to be the New Jersey senator’s attempts to evaporate the Second Amendment. This is nothing new for a Democrat, but Booker has been particularly vocal about this issue, along with Democratic rival Kamala Harris.

Here’s the problem, though: Booker’s proposal doesn’t make sense. He’s perfectly fine with mandating new forms of identification for firearm ownership, but has no issue at all with random people showing up to vote despite providing absolutely no credentials whatsoever. That doesn’t make any sense.

So, Booker’s days as a moderate Democrat are long behind him. But to be fair, there really isn’t any moderate Democrat left anywhere, it seems, so he fits right in.
