And Americans Let Out a Collective Yawn

How did that old question from your Philosophy 101 class go? “If an impeachment falls in the woods and no one gives a flying rip, does it make a political impact?” It was something similar to that.

Anyway, House Democrats “impeached” President Donald J. Trump the other day. It was a historically significant date on the one hand, because only three presidents in our nation’s history have ever been impeached.

On the other hand, Americans have grown so fatigued by the Democratic Party and mainstream media’s clown car act that they gave a collective yawn over Trump’s impeachment. How was impeachment day any different than any other day since November 9, 2016?

Every day when we wake up, it turns out that Trump has committed the biggest crime imaginable – usually by tweeting words at people, the monster! Until the following day, when Trump commits an even bigger treason.

Americans have just emotionally check out from the Democrats’ constant sky-is-falling-ZOMG-impeach rhetoric. We don’t care. This meme sums it up perfectly!

When your child comes to you and asks why their schoolteacher is so excited about Trump’s impeachment, and what it means that the House has impeached him… well, now you have a good answer! It means absolutely nothing.
