All of the Democratic Party’s “Whistleblowers” Look the Same…

When “muh Russia” failed, Democrats knew they needed a new narrative to undermine the Trump Administration. The idea that President Trump had Russians hack his way to victory against Hillary Clinton in 2016 was debunked, but the media wasn’t done trying to link the president to a Soviet scandal.

A whistleblower came forward with second-hand information about a phone call between President Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart. Now, Trump reacted by releasing the full transcript, wherein no quid pro quo was to be found. But that didn’t matter. When that whistleblower failed, Democrats doubled down. A second whistleblower came forward, and we had to hear about Ukraine for another news cycle. This might be the hill the Democrats are willing to die on.

Look, we all know why they’re doing this. We know why the House of Representatives still hasn’t voted to move forward with an impeachment inquiry. By keeping the motion within a single committee, the opposition doesn’t get to call its own witnesses. This is about scorching the president’s image for the next 13 months. Trump-Russia lingered for 2 years, so what’s a year and some change?
