Al Gore is Still Unable to Explain How This Happened

When former Vice President Al Gore retired from politics to become a professional climate alarmist, few could have predicted how lucrative the business would be for him.

His propaganda film An Inconvenient Truth won instant affection from Hollywood gatekeepers, and the movie soon became mandatory viewing for kids who had teachers with nothing better to do on a particular day. Everyone in America, whether they wanted to or not, either saw the film or was forced to hear about it in some other way.

But, you don’t really see or even hear about Al Gore anymore — even among environmentalists. It’s like the former Vice President fell off the face of the blazen Earth — which was supposed to be destroyed by now according to Gore’s own crackpot theories.

This image shows us part of the reason why. While there is a strong argument to be made that the climate has indeed changed at least in pat due to human activity, it doesn’t explain how several endangered species have been able to rebound despite the myth that the polar ice caps should have melted away and destroyed all of civilization by now.

It’s one of the many reasons why it’s hard to take environmentalists too seriously.
